Education
Undergraduate pursuing a major in Biotechnology as well as minors in Microbiology and Biotechnology Entrepreneurship at the Pennsylvania State University.
Research Interests
I have a strong passion for the field of genetic engineering, where I presently focus on riboswitches and their applications in molecular biology. Presently, I also teach a course through the SynBio Club at my university, where I lead and train students through the process of molecular cloning and protein expression techniques, specifically with genetically modified plasmids containing the protein mRFP. I also have experience with the intricate crystallization process of metal organic molybdenum compounds, with particular expertise in molybdenum acetate as well as molybdenum oxalate.
